Mofe has five sisters and one brother from Delta State, Nigeria. He did his primary education in Lagos before obtaining a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Lagos (Unilag).

At the age of just five, Mofe began his modeling career, appearing in advertisements for major brands such as Nestle (Maggi) and others. After graduating from university, Mofe Duncan made his foray into Nollywood.
