Buju Early Life And Education

His given name, Buju, comes from his parents’ Christian beliefs, as he was raised in the faith, attending weekly church services. Living in Lagos had two effects on Buju (BNXN): it facilitated his immediate acquisition of Yoruba, which was present in the city, and his exposure to live Nigerian music festivals gave him enjoy the music.

Early on, he covered songs from artists like P-Square, D’banj, 2Baba, 9ice, and Olu Maintain, entertaining friends and neighbors. Over time, he switched to creating original music, honing his singing and rapping skills.

Bnxn released his EP “Sorry I’m Late” on October 27, 2021, produced by T.Y.E/EMPIRE, produced by The Cavemen and produced by Steph, Perlz, Denzl, Timi Jay and Rexxie. She was commended by Motolani Alake of Pulse Nigeria for exuding confidence and comfort.

Buju kicked off his Sorry I’m Late tour with his first London show on November 30. He later headlined a sold-out concert in Lagos on December 22. In 2022, he rebranded himself to be For BNXN to distinguish itself, it collaborated with Pheelz on Finesse which peaked at number 52 on the UK’s first Official Singles Chart, and which was featured on Jae5’s “Propeller”, . which marked his first UK Top 40 hit. He also won The Headies 2022 Next Rated award in September. In October 2023, Bnxn released his debut album, “Sincerely Benson,” featuring Headie One and Popcaan.

Buju Personal Life

Buju, also known as BNXN, is based in the vibrant Victoria Island area of Lagos, improving its operations considerably. He lives in a beautifully appointed mansion in the beautiful estate of Lekki and boasts ownership of several luxury cars.

Sadly, he lost his mother to cancer at an early age. Currently, its work is managed by the ORB-BAYARN Board of Directors. Notably, he performed at Wizkid’s 2021 show at The O2 Arena in London. In 2022, it announced that it would spin off, changing its company name to BNXN. Even though he remains single, there are rumors of him having an affair, yet he prefers to keep his personal life private.
